Tish’s real estate journey began in 2000 working as a top agent in the Coachella Valley, then expanded her real estate reach into the world of new construction for a fortune 500 company. After several years managing real estate teams throughout Southern California, Tish began working with Bennion Deville Homes as the Managing Broker for the Palm Desert office. Tish oversees the day to day operation of the office while working hardest on inspiring over 100 agents to reach their individual goals. Whether Tish is mentoring an agent through a difficult transaction or coaching them to reach their goals, Tish knows that this is what she was meant to do. Having been mentored early in her career by the country’s leading real estate coach, Tish pays it forward everyday with her agents, teaching them the skills needed to be successful in real estate.
